Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds, we offer exchanges only. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to cancel your order it must be done only before your order is shipped.

Not happy with your latest purchase? We will gladly exchange unused items within 30 days with the original receipt. We ask that you pay for shipping product back to us and we will offer a one time free shipping back to you for your online exchange once per order with unworn items (Canada & US only, fees will be charged for return items outside North America). No refunds, exchange only! Or if agreed otherwise.

Muve Life is not responsible or obligated to refund an order if the delivery delay is due to the Postal Service or customs.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your complaint is reviewed we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then you will receive your exchanged item of choice of the same or lower price. Any differences in price will be covered by the buyer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before use. 

Your first exchange or return in North America is free however you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items if needing a second return with this order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
